What we’re looking for:

The Spa Manager would fulfill company admin duties as well as some sales and marketing. These duties include the following:

  • Work directly with the owner to accomplish tasks as designated. 
  • Answer office management based calls for business related matters, support front desk with client needs from problem solving client complaints to take questions for potential new clients that front desk is not able to answer. 
  • Human Resources tasks including: processing new hires with on boarding training, adhering to and keeping up to date employment laws, maintaining current employee information, working with the owner to ensure open communication within the company between management and employees, employee handbooks, managing company benefits
  • Light bookkeeping including organizing invoices and statements for our bookkeeper.
  • Working with owner to manage orders, communications and billing inquiries with vendors.
  • Support with some needs with Yoso the Annex.
  • General admin duties: creating and maintaining company documents such as contracts, forms, questionnaires, assisting with license renewals and applications, support in finding more effective solutions for smooth flow within the company workspace. 
  • Payroll Administration - support with some time clock needs for staff.
  • Someone who can work autonomously and on rare occasion based on support need, weekends.
